Cooking Outside the Pueblo

November 6th, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm
November 7th, 9:00 am to Noon

Join our own Jane Garrett and Pamela Martinez and learn the secrets of preparing delicious Native American inspired dishes, including Buffalo Ragout, Harvest Stew, Green Chile Corn Pudding, Roasted Seasonal Vegetable, Prune Pie, and Horno Baked Bread. This will be a hands-on class. Share lots of laughter and enjoy the delicious dishes that will be created in the class.

Class is limited to 10 Students

Price: $190.00 for two days. Lodging is available at the Mabel Dodge Luhan House.
