Holiday Southwest Cooking
December 5th and 6th

Join our own Jane Garret and learn the secrets of preparing traditional Southwestern holiday favorites, including tamales, red and green chile, posole, and biscochitos. This will be a hands-on class, with Jane guiding you through her most requested recipes of the season. Share lots of laughter and enjoy the delicious local cuisine that will be created in the class.

Class is limited to 15 Students.
